Term of Use Policy for Photo Card Designs

• Please understand that every monitor screen is calibrated differently, so the colors on your card when you receive them may be slightly different than what you see on your screen. If you have more than one computer, please check both computers and make sure you are happy with the color prior to finalizing your order.
• Please check spelling on your proof and do not approve your proof until you have read through the entire card, even the pre-designed wording.
• Reprinting will not happen free-of-charge for typographical errors. Photocard Designs will reprint for a discounted price after you approve a new proof.
• Refunds are not given once proofs are approved. Please make sure you are 100% happy with your proof. I give 3 free proofs for this reason
• Orders can be cancelled within the first 24 hours, after 24 hours there will be a $15 per-design fee and per proof received(for example-if you receive 3 proofs then the fee is $45). If you cancel after approved proof, you will be responsible for the whole order and no refund will be given. If you are sent a proof in less then 24 hours of ordering then there will be a $15 design fee.
• Please pick only ONE design. If you change your mind, then there will be a 15.00 design fee. I will invoice you and when I receive payment then I will email the new proof.
• Photocard Designs knows that picking the right photo is hard! Please try to pick them though. You can send up to 2 extra but please do not send any more than two.
• For Birthday Photo Invitations orders under the minimum, there is no custom work to the design. This means changing the design, changing colors, adding/taking off the number of photos etc.
• Please understand that even though the Press Printed Product is very nice it does not have the same picture quality as the actual photos.
• By submitting your photos, you are agreeing to have copyrights to them.
• Please read my FAQ page. 
• Any Free item or any discounts are for one transaction due to transaction fees
• Please order at least 4 weeks from your event if possible.
• If your event is less than 4 weeks then please choose express shipping.
• Please proof read your emails before sending them
• Designs are copyright protected
• If I create a new design, I will use your pictures as examples but change all personalized information. If you do not want me to use your picture, please let me know.
