Uploading your Photos:
After you complete check out, you will be re-directed to the upload page (please wait while the page is loading). If you are NOT re-directed then in your order confirmation email titled "Thank you for your order", there will be a link.

Photo Requirements:

Send unedited photos only
• Send files larger than 100 KB (larger is always better for best print quality)
• If uploading a professional picture, you will need to upload the release form also.
• Photos from online albums, Facebook, etc. (any pictures copied from the internet) are too small to use.
• Scans should be done at 300 dpi (dots per inch).
• Please only send up to 2 extra images.
• If you have any problems with the upload page, please email your photos to (orders at photocarddesigns dot com)

Production time lines:

• Digital Proof: 1-2 business days
• Printing Lab: 1-3 business days
• Mounting: 1 business day for every 25 mounts
• Shipping: 1-2 business days after receiving cards from lab.

Rush Service:

• Digital Proof: 1 business day.
• Printing Lab: 1-2 business days
• Shipping: 1 business day after receiving from lab.

Most orders are ready to ship within 3 business days of approval. We ask that you allow extra time, as sometimes there are delays that are out of our control. If you are in a rush, please use Express USPS or UPS shipping and/or add the Rush fee to your order.
