1. DOES MY ORDER COME WITH ENVELOPES? TOP
Yes! All card orders come with envelopes except for the keepsakes.
2. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PHOTO PAPER CARDS AND CARDSTOCK CARDS? TOP
Photo paper cards are printed on actual photo paper and are 1 sided and can not be written on. The cardstock cards are printed on a firm paper and is double sided. Cardstock cards can be written on. Click here to go to the

3. CAN I CHANGE THE COLOR, FONT, SIZE? TOP
Yes! Just let us know when you send your photo and card details in order to prevent a delay in the processing of your order.
4. CAN I CHANGE A WEDDING CARD TO A BIRTHDAY CARD? TOP
Yes! All the cards are interchangeable! If you like a wedding card but would like to turn it into a Birthday Card, then we can do that! Check out with the design that you like and we will make it your unique card!
5. HOW DO I ORDER? TOP
1. Decide on a sample.
2. Decide on a paper option (photo paper or cardstock)
3. Checkout
4. After check-out you will upload your unedited photos.

We do touch-ups on all photos that need them. This includes color enhancement, removal of objects in back ground, red eye, etc. If you would like your photo to be black/white please let us know.
6. IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER? TOP
Yes, 25 cards is the minimum per design on photocards.
7. CAN I ORDER ONE SO I CAN SEE WHAT THEY LOOK LIKE? TOP
Due to the time spent making proofs, we do not offer this option. You will need to order the minimum amount before a proof is made. You will receive 3 free rounds of proofs if you would like any changes to your design. 8. CAN I SEE MY DESIGN FINISHED BEFORE I PAY? TOP
Due to the time I spending working on proofs, I do not offer this service. You will receive 3 FREE digital proofs on your one design and your card will not be printed until you are 100% happy and approve it.
9. I CAN'T DECIDE ON A DESIGN, CAN I SEE MORE THAN ONE? TOP
Please pick one design! Once you decide on one then you will have 3 free proofs. If you are set on seeing more than 1 design, then there will be a $15 fee per new design.
10. HOW DO I SEND MY PICTURES? TOP
After checkout, you will be redirected to the upload page. If you are not redirected, then the link will be in your "Thank you for your order" email. Please send original size file and we will do all photo editing to the pictures.
11. CAN I USE PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS? TOP
Yes BUT the only way that you can use professional photos is with a release from the photographer. By submitting the release to us, you take full responsibility for the copyrights of the photo.
12. I CAN'T DECIDE WHICH PHOTO, CAN I SEND YOU EXTRA ONES? TOP
YES! You can send us 2 or 3 extra and we will pick one for you! PLEASE DO NOT send more than this as this could delay your order!
13. HOW LONG BEFORE I GET THE PROOF/MAILED? TOP
Proof: within 1-2 business days you will receive your first proof. If you do not receive your custom proof within that time frame, please check your spam/junk email folder. If it is not there then please email us immediately so we can remedy the problem.
Photo Card Lab:
4x6 matte and glossy: 1-2 business days
4x6 metallic: 5 business days
5x7 matte/glossy/metallic: 5 business days
CardStock Cards: This is for press printed and 5x7 photo card sets. After the approved proof, these take 5 business days for Photo Card Designs to receive them.
Mounting: 1-2 business days for every 25 mounts.
Mailing: 1-2 business day after photo cards are picked up from lab.
14. CAN I CHANGE ANYTHING ON MY PROOF? TOP
Yes! This is your custom card! If you want something changed then request a new proof on the proof form and we will change it for you. Each additioinal proof will delay your turnaround time by 1 business day. We will not begin production until you are 100% happy with it!
15. CAN I GET A HARD COPY OF MY PROOF BEFORE I APPROVE IT? TOP
Unfortunately I do not offer hard copies of your proof, you will only receive digital proofs.
16. HOW ARE MY CARDS SHIPPED? TOP
We ship our products in a priority envelope/box. Your cards are very important and we want them to be safe and arrive fast! Priority shipping is 2-3 days! We do offer express if you need them faster, for an extra charge. Insurance is also offered. We highly recommend getting the insurance, as we are not responsible for orders that do not get to you due to being lost in the mail.
17. DOES ANY OF THE CARDS REQUIRE EXTRA POSTAGE? TOP
The 5x5 size may require extra postage. Please see your local post office for current rate.
18. What does RUSH SERVICE provide? TOP
Rush service is for design and lab time only. You first proof will be ready within 1 business day and the lab time will be cut in half. This service does not rush shipping, you will need to checkout with express shipping for that service.
19. CAN I ORDER JUST THE KEEPSAKE? TOP
No, the keepsakes are meant to be add ons to your order. So you can not order 1 keepsake.
20. WILL MY CARD BE PRINTED TO THE VERY EDGE? TOP
Your printed card will not be printed to the edge of your proof. On press printed cards the outside .25 is the cropped area and on the photocards, the outside .05 is cropped.
21. HOW CAN I ORDER MORE CARDS TOP
Of course you can order more!! I keep all customer approved design files so you can reorder and skip the proof process! It goes straight to the lab!
To order more, go to your product sample page that you originally checkout with (not your proof page). In the text box titled "Personalized Information" place "PRINT APPROVED PROOF" then continue the checkout process.
When the order is received, I will send it straight to the lab.
